We are pleased to announce that following Government guidance (19th July) regarding the move to Step 4 of the roadmap, our showrooms have now fully reopened. We are proud that through the huge efforts of our clients and staff, we have been able to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission and maintain client and staff safety throughout this period.
Showrooms: Open by appointment
For the last few months our showrooms have been open by appointment. This appointment system has been very well received and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Our professional clients have enjoyed the additional space and time this has provided, enabling them to discuss projects at length with their clients, without interruption. We have therefore decided to continue to open by appointment only.
We remain cautious while infection rates are high and will take all necessary steps to maintain the safety of our clients and staff. We will be requesting that face coverings be worn at all times within the showrooms, and will happily provide a mask, if one is not available. Our showrooms will continue to be regularly sanitised and unfortunately for the time being, children will not be permitted.
Our showrooms have been specifically designed for professionals and their clients with over 150 of the latest large format porcelain slabs always on display. Full-height feature walls uncover the beauty and intricate details of each piece, while a regularly updated selection of bespoke furniture items demonstrate the opportunities that designers now have with this high performance material. Highly trained staff are available, as always, for guidance and expert advice on trends and practicality to ensure the full potential of each project is realised.
